Leadership Training Seminar (LTS)

LTS, or Leadership Training Seminar, equips students, staff, and associates with leadership skills. The training includes:

  • Leadership ethics, integrity, and diligence

  • Leadership communication skills

  • Commitment and understanding God's mandates on leadership

LTS is conducted in various formats:

  1. Associates Leadership Training (ALTS) - immediately after associate leaders' elections.

  2. CU Leaders LTS - conducted in each region after CU elections.

  3. National LTS (NLTS) - for Regional and National Student Officials, held annually after DTS.

LTS plays a significant role in promoting excellence and diligence in leadership within the ministry, campus, church, and society, with numerous testimonies attesting to its impact.
