Tanzania Fellowship of Evangelical Students (TAFES) is a Student Christian Ministry committed to serving college and university students across Tanzania through discipleship, leadership development, evangelism, and community engagement. TAFES seeks to recruit a suitable and qualified person to fill the post of National Director, based at its Head Office in Dar es Salaam.
Provide leadership and strategic direction for TAFES in consultation with the Governing Council.
Ensure ministry strategies remain vibrant and relevant to Christian Unions and campus communities.
Oversee development, implementation, and monitoring of the Strategic Plan and Budget.
Mobilize resources and ensure prudent financial management.
Recruit, train, and lead competent staff across Tanzania.
Maintain relationships with local and international affiliations and stakeholders.
Provide oversight on the growth and expansion of Associates work nationwide.
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (postgraduate in Management, Leadership, Theology, or related field is an advantage).
Born-again and mature Christian with an experience of 3+ years total (at least 2 years in Leadership/Management)
Strong understanding of TAFES vision, mission, and values.
Proven leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
High integrity, emotional maturity, and team-building character.
Computer literacy required.
